Shipping policy

We ship within the US  only.

Rates
• $7 flat shipping on all U.S. orders
• Free shipping on orders $60 and over

Processing time
Every piece is inspected, wrapped, and packaged by hand. Please allow 2–4 business days for us to prepare your order before it ships. Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days total (processing + transit).

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your piece leaves the greenhouse.

Damaged in transit
If your package arrives damaged, please email us at info@orchidique.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll take care of it right away.

International orders
We currently ship within the United States only. If you're outside the U.S. and would love an Orchidique piece, send us a note — we're working on it.
