Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at Checkout: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination. You will see the shipping cost before you finalize your order.  Many items are at a flat fee to help you with shipping costs as we will absorb in order to give you the best service.

  • Domestic: Delivery times within the United States typically range from 2-7 business days, depending on the shipping method you choose.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: Orchidique is not responsible for packages lost during shipping. Please contact USPS directly for any claims on lost mail.
  • Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a picture of the damaged item for approval on a return or replacement.
