Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Orchidique purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.
Returns
- Unused Items: You may return unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery for store credit only.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not returnable:
- Jewelry: All jewelry items that are handmade, custom made, or designed by Orchidique are non-returnable. This includes earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets, etc.
- Straw toppers: Any toppers designed to be worn on straws.
- Print-on-Demand Items: All print-on-demand items are non-returnable due to the supplier's strict no-return policy. This includes all articles of clothing and table runners.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@orchidique.com within 48 hours of delivery with a picture of the damaged item and order number for approval on the return and replacement. We will replace the item as soon as the damaged item is delivered back to us.
Shipping
All packages will be shipped with a tracking number. Orchidique is not responsible for lost mail delivery. Please contact USPS directly for any claims on lost mail.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Please email us at info@orchidique.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number (if applicable) and instructions on how to proceed.
- Pack Your Return: Carefully repackage the item(s) in the original packaging, ensuring they are secure for shipping.
- Ship Your Return: Ship the package back to us at the address provided in the return instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
Refunds
- Store Credit: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a store credit for the purchase price of the returned item(s) within 7 business days.
- No Refunds: Please note that we do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
- Store Credit Expiration: Store credit does not expire and can be used towards any future purchase at Orchidique.
Exchanges
No Exchanges. You can repurchase the item with the store credit given.
